HOA Community Exterior Paint Colors 

Please note that the colors listed are the only approved HOA colors for exterior door and shutter repainting. You may use the listed brand name or take that sample or color code to another retailer to color match that color code.

Due to weathering and oxidation paint colors may not match exactly. it is recommended to repaint the entire door and or shutters to ensure continuity.  You may use any of the two listed colors and if so desired you can repaint the Teal to the Navy Blue color or Navy Blue to Teal. If changing colors you must paint both the doors and shutters to conform with each other.  

TEAL - Valspar paint (Lowe's) code 5011-8 color name "Classic Teal'.

NAVY BLUE - Valspar paint (Lowe's) color code 5010-2 color name "Pitch Cobalt".


Community Pavilion/Gazebo Event Reservation

The Pavilion/Gazebo area is an "open to all residents" common area for the  Winding Oaks community to use for gatherings, play area, cooking, and eating.  If a resident of Winding Oaks wishes to reserve the area for a special gathering, i.e. family cookout, graduation, wedding event or such, it is encouraged for the resident to contact the HOA Board with the request.  The Board will then post that event registration on the website calendar for notice.  A notice will also be posted at the Pavilion for public view.

Please note - The resident having the event is responsible for all cleanup and disposal of any trash and general cleanup of the area immediately after the event.  If any damages of the common area occur during the event, the resident making the reservation will also be responsible for any and all costs needed for repair.
